gramma b's 93rd birthday bash on 'b' --part 1

uncle les and jord sat with gramma for quite some time. i thought gramma was looking quite sharp.

i liked her necklace and had her hold it up for me.  "i've had this a long time..." she started, but she can't remember exactly when or where she got it.

the balloons were a big hit with all the little ones.

after a side trip to surrey memorial delanie and sons finally arrived.

we sang gramma happy birthday, then i turned around and took this candid terry and her family.

caleb played a wonderful piece that he composed.

madelaine played a lovely piece too, but for some reason her photo will not upload right now.  it's the only one that refuses.  i'll have to get to the bottom of this.

auntie heather, who we missed this year, wanted a 4 generations hand picture.  i didn't really know what she had in mind, but i kind of like this result.  (hands: gramma, mom, katie and natalie)

  1. Elizabeth is so cute!! I wish there were more pics of Isaiah too..what little there was of him looked incredibly cute. good pics. like the four generations hand one. Gramma Bee DID look quite sharp! You took some really nice pictures of her.

  2. wish I coulda been there. I like the 4 generations hands one too. I think the first one of elizabeth is my favourite of the whole batch though - sooo cute!

  4. Great pics! Grandma looks so different... it could be the poofy hair which she hasn't had in decades. And I can't believe Isaiah is walking!
